Jon has extensive experience in complex real estate negotiations with a background that includes everything from residential home sales, to securing the first Wal-Mart Supercenter in Louisville Ky. Jon’s contract negotiation experience combined with involvement in nearly all aspects of real estate provides Jon an unique perspective and out of the box thinking that allows him to exceed his client’s expectations.
The real estate market has evolved. Nearly 90% of all home buyers now use the internet to search for homes for sale. Jon specializes in internet marketing and search engine optimization to ensure that he has a dominant presence in the online community in Louisville so he is able to better serve his clients.
Jon is a Louisville native, and a graduate from Christian Academy of Louisville. Jon attended college on a 4 year US Army ROTC scholarship in conjunction with an academic honors scholarship. Jon graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Things that Jon likes to do when not working includes snow skiing, international travel, chess, and things related to sports cars.
